Choice of either 48mm or 65mm diameter glass convex lens

With a high standard of build quality and all the features you would expect from a infrared illuminator you can choose from either the 48mm or 65mm lens weighing 269g and 374g respectively. (without battery).

IPX65 waterproof with a 25.4mm tube and uses a 18650 battery.

High power Vcsel 850nm 2000Mw laser diode

With a high power Vcsel laser diode and heatsink the DarkMatter IR cuts though the dark out to great ranges. These units use a high-power infrared Vcsel laser so you must always exercise caution and never look directly at the diode.

Rotating dimmer switch and led indicator



Press the rotating dimmer switch to turn the unit on and off and set the power from 1-100% by turning the dial (ideal for scopes that are prone to white out with to much IR), It also has a power on red LED so you can be sure when the unit is operating and it flashes when the battery is low.
